What to Wear Wednesday: Beautiful Brights

We spent the day walking around Fashion Island mall and we couldn't believe all of the bright colors that were out. Of course, I bought my self a pair of colored AG's and I seriously cannot get enough of them. Here are some brights we found that are perfect for the color trend.

Have you made your summer Bucket List?

School is out and it's time for summer. First thing to do, make a summer bucket list. Two summers ago, the summer passed and I realized I didn't do very much. So last summer I made a "bucket list" of about 15 things. I was proud to check every last thing off my list. This summer to name a few; outdoor movies, homemade Popsicles, lemonade stand ( for the littles), beach trips, bike rides, BBQ, BBQ... I also just saw the ketchup and mustard bottles in the dollar bins at target yesterday as well as the cute baskets.

Vegas Inspired...

A Weekend in San Diego

This Sunday Amy and I ran the San Diego Rock n' Roll Half Marathon and we're excited to have my mom and Erin there to cheer us on. After what seemed like FOREVER, we crossed the finished line feeling accomplished and relieved. We enjoyed the rest of the day in downtown La Jolla eating at Wisknladle (Amazing), gossiping about our busboy (who oddly resembled Orland Bloom), eating gelato and shopping about the cutest boutiques (LF, Capricorn). It was so nice to be together again...Sarah and Maris, we totally missed you two!

Garden Fairy

For Madison's 5th birthday, Sarah threw her a beautiful garden fairy party. The kids dressed up in home made fairy costumes, caught homemade butterflies and planted their own plants. Erin made a delicious salad (as usual) along with pulled pork sandwiches which were easy and a huge hit. I can't wait to see what her 6th birthday will be like!

Cherry Blossom Beauty

My aunt graduating from nursing school was a HUGE deal and since she loves to party, we totally had to throw her one. She wanted it to be cherry blossom-themed, with good food, a chocolate fountain and of course, a Dj and so that's what we gave her. We are so proud of her and she deserved it!

A Shower for Kylie

To celebrate the birth of my cousins beautiful second daughter, we threw a baby shower filled with plenty of fresh, bright, flowers, fun and love. My mom and Sarah put together some amazing flower arrangements (as always) and personalized goodie bags for our guests. We enjoyed delicious food, great friends and couldn't get enough of the new baby girl!
